Timing Belt Kit Honda Civic LX DX EX 1.7L 2001-2005. This kit will service Honda Civic's DX, LX and EX models with a 1.7L engine, years 2001-2005.

note: this kit is not supplied with tensioner

• Water pump with gasket
• Timing belt
• Both drive belts(models with ac)
• Front cam and crank seals
• Valve cover gasket
• 4 spark plug tube seals
• 5 valve cover bolt grommets

The timing belt is Mitsuboshi or Bando along with the drive belts, the water pump is NPW or AISIN of Japan. The seals and gaskets  are Stone of Japan. Services years: 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005.

This kit does not include the tensioner, spring and bolt.  One should remember all the parts in a timing job have the same mileage and years on them..  

Recommended replacement  every 110,000 or 84 months whichever occurs first.  A trained mechanic should charge no more than 3.2 hours.
